Nurse training isn't that much difficult as studying to be a doctor. Remember that a doctor will first have to study a lot of years to have their license but a nurse will simply have to study for a few years. Then nurses will be sent on the field and train at the office, there is nothing that can make a person better than experience which pertains to being a nurse as well. Doctors give out prescriptions but it’s the nurses that carry out medications, it’s your decision to rate whose job is a lot harder but was rotting for nurses as talking about hard labor. Doctors use their brains a great deal so it compensates for his or her not so constant use of actions in their rounds nonetheless they will make it up if they're medical surgeons, those tasks are much harder and nurses is only able to be there and assist no more any less. Still bother jobs require assistant of the other, a doctor will not work that well with no nurse by his side to assist him and the nurse can’t do anything whatsoever or anything much without a doctor leading that merely means that both are and really should work hand in hand always.
